We’ll go over our check list to make sure we are both on the same page and provide you with a price quote.

> Step Two: Payment.
Provide us with your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

> Step Three: Send Us Your Video.
After receiving your payment, will provide you with our FTP information for you to upload
your video to our server.

> Step Four: Receive your captions.
After two to five business days of receiving your video, we’ll email you your YouTube Ready Captioning
or Transcript-only file.
